Black Truffle Potato delight


Ingredients for 4 servings :

500gr of Potatoes, 80gr of La Madia Tartufata (Black Truffle Sauce), 200ml of cream, 30gr of breadcrumbs, curls of butter, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Directions:

boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes and then thinly slice them. Meanwhile mix the cream with La Madia Tartufata to have a consistent mixture; add salt and pepper. Spread some butter over the pan and sprinkle some breadcrumbs on it. Alternate 1 layer of potatoes and 1 layer of the mixture, repeat this sequence once more and cover with a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on it, add parmesan cheese and some curls of butter. Put in oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. When it is almost cooked, switch on the grill to have the potatoes grilled. Let cool down some minutes and serve.
